A big thank you to Jules Crossley and the West End Centre for organising and facilitating this fabulous event. Raising awareness of Global Justice and Climate Justice plus standing up to Racism in the area is much needed.

Here is a quote from a member of the audience:

“Although I’m a white middle class woman I related to Fehinti’s situation with his family and friends who were unable to get involved in climate justice. It can feel isolating and lonely when those we love are not moved to take action . It can profoundly affect your wellbeing when the climate crisis isn’t a crisis to those you love.
I was inspired by Fehinti’s strength to share his experience of the relational challenges with those around him when trying to confront these issues.”

And here a heart felt poem written by Annabelle Sami about the current situation we are dealing with both climate justice and the far right.
